  We had the 5 course degustation menu. Unfortunately it didn't live up to the nautilus hype at all. Every plate was fairly bland and lacking in flavour especially the daintree curry that's was more like cream than peppercorn sauce. Our scallops were not cooked so my partner sent hers back, but when it returned they had taken the pork belly away which was the other half of the course and the part she was most looking forward to. We mentioned it to our waiter but nothing was done. We booked a table for 8 thinking we would be out by 10, service was so slow that we left at closer to 11 and were sat in the empty restaurant while it was being closed down around us. All in all a very disappointing experience that you wouldn't expect for the cost. I would go to one of the other restaurants in town.

  Had a fabulous time for my birthday dinner. Service was impeccable (thank you, Alessio!) and the food was sublime. Loved the rainforest feel of the place. Highly recommended!
